We will then schedule an appointment and guide you to access intake paperwork. 

During the first appointment for speech therapy, we will discuss your child’s history and complete an evaluation. We will also let you know at this time if your child is qualified for speech therapy services or not.

  • If he qualifies for services, we will discuss with you activities you can do at home to help him. We can then create a Treatment Plan together to work on goals that is important to you and with your child’s best interest in mind. Then, we can also schedule for treatment sessions.
  • If she does not qualify for services, we will discuss with you activities you can do at home to continue her progress.

Our speech therapists in the Northern Nevada Area are fully licensed in the state of Nevada through the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language and Audiology, as well as, nationally certified through the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).

It is also our goal to support our clinicians to continue on improving their skills by staying on top of new research and further their education, because what are we if we stop learning?

Speech therapy sessions will be designed to your child’s interests as we incorporate evidence-based treatment approaches because we want to offer the best in our Reno, Sparks, and Carson City communities.

Whether it’s playing on the floor with your 2-year old or reading about volcanoes and dinosaurs with your 11-year old, we will adjust and ensure that we are providing services using tools that your child enjoys. Otherwise, learning is hard when you’re not having fun.

Schedule a Free Screening

To be proactive in every child’s development, we will provide free screening to children at preschools and day cares. A screening lets us know if a speech evaluation maybe needed to identify a child's communication strengths and needs.
Screenings are available in Reno, Sparks, Carson City.
